The new location of the "Campaign Optimization Level" metric in Google Ads

We all know that Google is a badass and can't sit still; "now I put this here, and now this is going to work like this.”

And this happens practically every day.

From now on, the metric that shows us the campaign Optimization Level in Google Ads will be displayed along with the campaign objective.

The supposed "official intention" is to make it easier to find and relate it to the recommendations that Google makes for our campaigns, making it easier for us to make decisions regarding the objective of our Ads strategy. Therefore, if we decide to change or eliminate the objective of our campaign at some point, our metrics will change as well.

But be careful.

This metric that Google shows us is only a small guide to give us a general idea.

To determine the real success of our PPC campaigns, our reference should be the fulfillment of the KPI's that we have previously set, for example, the increase of the conversion rate or the increase of web traffic.

While I'm at it, I'll tell you that QUARIZMI's automation tools can help you achieve your Ads goals without blowing smoke along the way.
