Here’s how Quarizmi’s application process works:
Once we have matched your application with the profile we are looking for, we will contact you for a first interview. This is an informal interview; it is done remotely, and we determine whether you have the qualities of a Quarizmatic.
If you pass this first round, we will contact you for a second interview a few days later. This will also be a remote interview but, this time, you will be interviewed by your potential future boss. It will be a predominantly technical interview, focused on exploring your knowledge.
After that, if all goes well, we will call you to make you a financial offer and, if you accept it, we will agree on a start date and an integration plan. This will also be the chance to determine what computer, phone or other tools you need to do your job.
